Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, albeit a bit noisy due to the tile and stone hallways. The service was top-notch, catering to all our needs promptly. The location couldn't have been better, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the Old City. However, the dining options were somewhat lacking, and the noise level from the pilgrims' buses could be bothersome at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quiet and spacious, thanks to the wooden shutters in our street view room. However, the promised extra blankets never arrived, leaving us a bit cold at night. The rooms were quite basic, bordering on spartan.
The hotel is perfectly situated at the New Gate to the Old City of Jerusalem, offering a central location for exploring the area. The rooms, although slightly dorm-like, are spacious with beautiful high ceilings, but the noise from the hallways can be a bit disruptive. The service is top-notch, akin to a 5-star hotel, providing warm and attentive assistance. While the dining options are decent, more variety in health foods would be appreciated.
